Polices and Procedures for Delco Pet Care. Our ultimate goal is to prove a clear path of communication between client and Delco Pet Care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us either through email or direct contact.

Scheduling Policy:

Text Us! Our text only line is (610) 608-8664. Send us a message and we’ll book your services for you and email your confirmation.

Email:  charlie@delcopetcare.com. Forward us your request and we will get everything else done. You will then receive n confirmation on your request.

Call Direct. (610) 608-8664 and I will book your services for you, and you will either receive a text or email confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a scheduled dog walk prior to 7:00am on the day of the scheduled walk will not be charged. If a walk that has been placed into our daily walk schedule is canceled after the 7am time frame the client will be charged a complete daily visit fee. The cancellation charge will then be added to that weeks schedule walks.

Pet Sitting (Non-Holidays)

Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the rate of one visit. Visits cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will result in a credit applied to future pet sitting visits. No refunds will be given.


Because holiday visits can become very busy we require a 7day cancellation notice prior to the start of service. This can be accomplished either through email or text messaging. Once we receive the notice we will confirm your request of cancellation. Delco Pet Care will not issue any type of credit without a 7-day notice from the start of that scheduled appointment.

Any type of credit issues for services not rendered will be held on the clients account for a 6-month period. After the 6-month period has expired the credits issued will no longer be made available.

Payment Policy

(Policy is subject to change without notification to client, please review all policies prior to any of the services that will be performed by Delco Pet Care. Any questions or concerns that you may have please reach out to us via email).

All payments must be made at the conclusion of all dog walking services performed at the end of the work week period.

Payments for all scheduled pet sitting services must be paid prior to the beginning of start date.

Surcharges and Additional Fees

Due to our scheduling and assuring that we services our new or existing clients in a timely manner. Any last-minute bookings a surcharge of $10 will be applied for all same-day services.

An additional charge of $10 will be applied for any time of holiday pet sitting visits.

Any type of additional supplies that may be needed for pet sitting services, Example pet food or veterinary bills. The client is fully responsible for and assuring that all needed supplies will be ready at the beginning of all requested services.
